Crown resorts invests in Aloha technology - 22/09/05
|
 |
Crown Resorts, the operator of six hotels across Cyprus, is well on its way to establishing itself in the casual dining sector as well. After introducing Bennigan’s Grill & Tavern in Cyprus with the opening of the first outlet in Protaras, two more Bennigan’s restaurants will soon be inaugurated almost concurrently in Nicosia and Thessaloniki.
To support Bennigan’s healthy operation and growth, Crown Resorts has adopted two successful products provided by OpenNet Hospitality Systems Ltd, namely the Aloha TableService and Aloha Loyalty Systems.
OpenNet’s Aloha Loyalty application provides Bennigan’s with the tools to easily design and deploy new promotion programmes based on repeat customer visits. In addition, the application allows Bennigan’s to manage and control its employee meal and house account programmes electronically. This function controls employee meal costs and directly integrates in-store house account and employee meal activity with Bennigan’s existing accounting systems. But the real beauty of Aloha’s technology is that it combines sound and efficient business operation with ultimate customer satisfaction. “The new systems will help us meet the needs of the contemporary consumer,” says Andreas S. Gregoriades, the Crown Resort Group’s Chief Operating Officer.
Entrusting this side of their business to OpenNet Hospitality Systems is a testament to the Crown Resorts Group’s serious efforts and commitment to high standards of operation. At the same time, it is a vote of confidence for OpenNet’s range of products and services.
